The Founder
Our founder — DBA, MSGSCM, MBA. A retired U.S. Air Force Major and Logistics Readiness Officer, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Over 20+ years, our founder built and fixed operations for companies ranging from $130M in managed inventory to $700M in revenue — including standing up a corporate supply-chain function from scratch. That work freed tens of millions in working capital and took on-time delivery from the mid-60s to over 99%.
EVG Solutions is where that experience meets a gap we kept seeing: small businesses and agencies that need real operational software but get either generic tools that don't fit or enterprise consultants they can't afford. This firm exists to close that gap.

EVG Solutions is a division of EVG Logistics, LLC — a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) with a track record in government contracting. Certification through the SBA's VetCert program is in progress; since self-certification ended in December 2024, that certification is what qualifies a firm to compete for set-asides. It opens real doors for agencies with small-business and SDVOSB set-aside goals.
We're based in Indianapolis and rooted in Indiana relationships, but the work is delivered remotely across the United States.
